Andy attended The College of New Jersey from 2014-2018 and graduated with a BS in Communication Studies with minors in Professional Writing and Marketing.
When she was faced with choosing an internship either at CBS Sports in Philadelphia or one at Princeton Partners Inc. my junior year, she chose the one that felt the most uncomfortable for me because that is what TCNJ taught me to do. As an intern, she wasn’t given busy work like making copies, grabbing coffee, or taking meeting notes. Instead, the team at Princeton Partners embraced interns’ ideas and encouraged us to work on client projects as we added a diverse, young, and unique perspective.
Their inclusivity during her internship and their investment in my growth is what attracted me to stay post-graduation. Princeton Partners has helped shape her into the digital marketing expert she is today. She is grateful for the experiences I had at TCNJ for giving me the opportunity to work at this company.
